Maple Carrot Cupcakes

Our cupcakes were baked in their test kitchen!

A FAMILY FAVORITE RECIPE THAT WAS PUBLISHED IN "TASTE OF HOME" MAGAZINE & SEVERAL COOKBOOKS. This recipe was passed down from my Grandmom Flora & my Mom, Beverley.

I now actually use one cup whole wheat pastry flour and one cup unbleached white flour, raw sugar, and sunflower or safflower oil in this recipe to make it healthier. You can even use applesauce in place of half of the oil. =)

This recipe is one of the most requested by friends, our church family and for special gatherings! Hope you all enjoy, and feel free to make any adjustments to the recipe to suite your needs and/or likes!

That sounds so good, I will try this one, thank you. Thanks for stopping by my blog too dear, I hope you enjoyed your time spent with me, I never take that for granted, time is one thing we can never take back, or give again. God bless you and stop by often.
Hugs Barbara

Sounds like an amazing recipe. I can't wait to make it. My family loves carrot cake, and cupcakes sound like so much more fun! Going shopping to get what I need to make these this weekend! Thanks!
